Privacy policy
Last updated 1 November 2026
This notice explains what personal data the SafeHand website collects, why, and what rights you have. It covers this website and the demo request form. When SafeHand agents handle conversations for a client, a separate data processing agreement with that client applies.
Who is responsible
SafeHand is being set up as a company in Bulgaria. Until it is registered, the data controller is Diyan Bogdanov, Sofia, Bulgaria. We’ll update this notice when the company is registered. For anything about your data, write to privacy@safehand.ai.
What we collect
- Demo requests: your name, work email and company, anything else you enter in the form (job title, industry, country, conversation volume and the journey you describe), and the time you gave your consent.
- Emails: whatever you send to a SafeHand address.
- Technical logs: when you visit, our hosting provider processes your IP address, browser details, the page requested and the time, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
We don’t use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on this site. Fonts, images and video come from our own domain, so nobody but our hosting provider sees your visit.
You don’t have to give us anything. We need your name, work email and company to arrange a demo; everything else in the form is optional.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To answer your request and arrange a demo: your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) and steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
- To keep the site secure and working: our legitimate interest in protecting it (Article 6(1)(f)).
You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to privacy@safehand.ai. That doesn’t affect what we did before you withdrew it. We don’t add you to newsletters, use your details to train AI models or make automated decisions about you.
Who receives it
- Cloudflare, which hosts this site and delivers form requests to us by email.
- Our email provider, which stores the messages we receive.
- Professional advisers or authorities, where the law requires it.
We don’t sell personal data.
Where it is processed
Cloudflare serves this site from a global network, usually from a location near you, and our email provider may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where data leaves the EEA, we rely on a European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Demo requests and related emails: 12 months after our last contact. If we go on to work together, the contract sets the period.
- Technical logs: the short period set by our hosting provider.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to privacy@safehand.ai and we’ll answer within one month.
You can also complain to Bulgaria’s Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg), or to the data protection authority where you live or work.
Changes
If this notice changes, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
