We stay until
the agent performs.
Every deployment comes with forward-deployed engineers who map your workflows, build the agent with your team and stay through launch. You pay for the outcomes it delivers.
Everything it takes to reach production.
Most AI projects stall between pilot and production. We remove the reasons they stall: software, people and pricing, designed together.
The platform
One runtime across channels, with integrations, guardrails and evaluations — hosted by us or inside your own cloud.

Forward-deployed engineers who work inside your team, from the first workshop to the weekly review after launch.

A platform fee and a fixed price per outcome, agreed before we start. Cases handed to your team don’t count as outcomes.

One team, with clear owners.
You don’t need an AI team to work with us. You need someone who owns the outcome.
What you bring
- One customer journey to start with
- An operations lead who owns the result
- Experts who know how the work is done today
- Access to the systems the agent will use
- A compliance review before go-live
What we bring
- Forward-deployed engineers, from discovery to production
- The SafeHand platform, hosted where you need it
- Integrations with the systems your team already uses
- Testing and evaluation before every release
- Monitoring, reporting and a weekly review
Pay for outcomes, not seats.
You pay a platform fee and a fixed price for each outcome the agent delivers. Both are agreed before we start, and every billed outcome is visible in your dashboard. Where an outcome can’t be measured in your systems, we agree a per-conversation or per-task price instead.
Resolved conversation
The customer’s request is fully handled — no handover to your team and no repeat contact within an agreed window.
Completed booking
An appointment, reservation or callback is booked, moved or cancelled in your system, and confirmed to the customer.
Processed item
A document, form, meter reading or email is read, checked and filed in the right system.
Included in your plan
Never counted as outcomes
Start with one journey.
A first deployment covers one customer journey on one channel. Success criteria are agreed in the first week, and results are reviewed against them before you add more.
Common questions.
Anything else? Our team will walk you through a deployment plan for your own journey.
Talk to our teamHow quickly can we go live?
We plan for about six weeks on a first journey. Journeys that need new integrations or a longer compliance review can take more time; we agree the date in the first week.
Do we need an AI team?
No. Our engineers do the building. You need an operations lead who owns the result, experts who know the work and access to the systems the agent will use.
What happens when the agent can’t help?
It hands the customer to your team with a written summary, so nobody has to repeat themselves. Those conversations don’t count as outcomes.
How is the price per outcome set?
During discovery we agree what counts as an outcome for your journey and the price for each one, based on its complexity and your volumes. It is written into the contract before we build.
Who owns the agent and its procedures?
Your procedures, knowledge and data remain yours. Your team can review every procedure, and every change is versioned and approved.
