Terms of use
Last updated 1 November 2026
These terms apply to your use of this website. They don’t cover SafeHand’s services, which are set out in a separate written contract.
Who runs this site
This website is run by Diyan Bogdanov, Sofia, Bulgaria, who is setting up SafeHand as a company. We’ll update these terms when the company is registered. You can reach us at hello@safehand.ai.
Information on this site
This site describes what SafeHand is building and offering to its first design partners. Figures and scenarios are illustrations, not customer data, and some capabilities are still being built. Nothing here is an offer or a commitment; those come only from a signed contract.
Using the site
Please don’t attack, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to the site, and don’t send false information through the demo form.
Content and trademarks
The text, design and images on this site belong to SafeHand or its licensors. Names of other companies and products belong to their owners. Mentioning them doesn’t mean they are partners, customers or endorsers of SafeHand.
Liability
We provide the site as it is and can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for loss caused by relying on it. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
Other websites
Links to other websites are for convenience. We aren’t responsible for their content.
Law
Bulgarian law applies to these terms, and the courts in Sofia have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory rights you have where you live.
Changes
If these terms change, we’ll update them here and change the date at the top.
